The Memphis Japan Festival reserves the right to use any photograph taken at this event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph. The Memphis Japan Festival may use the photograph  in online or written publications or other media material including but not limited to: brochures, posters, magazines, websites, etc.

Anyone who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer or event organizers. By failing to notify the photographer or event organizers, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Memphis Japan Festival from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
